Pinto beans, red beans, chickpeas, organic olive oil, hulled hemp seed, dried onion, dried broccoli, dried tomato, red wine powder (red wine, maltodextrin), dried bell pepper, salt, dried garlic, nutritional yeast, dried chives, apple cider vinegar powder (maltodextrin, apple cider vinegar, modified food starch), carrot powder, crushed red chilis, porcini mushroom powder, crystallized lemon (citric acid, lemon oi l, lemon juice), turmeric, leek powder, dried nori ( seaweed), celery seed.

Directions: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 1 3/4 cups (420 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 20 minutes. Stir and serve.

Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet. Best By Date on the packaging is 10 years from manufacturing date.

Favorite Vegan Camping Meal

This bean salad is amazing! The vinaigrette is light and the meal isn't too heavy. A lot of backpacking meals contain rice or pasta, but this bean stew is simple and hearty! Love the taste!

One of my favs!

Recently went on a short backpacking trip and out of all the entrees I packed, this was my absolute favorite! It was filling and the flavor was just right! It had a little spice to it, but nothing crazy. I love that Backpacker's Pantry has completely plant-based recipes, this one is a winner for sure!

Good new recipe !!!

I like that Backpacker's Pantry sells food that caters specifically to vegans and vegetarians. This recipe is more bean and vegetable-focused rather than a rice-focused recipe. 100%++
