1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber.
2. Add 3/4 cup (180mL) of boiling water.
3. Stir well, seal pouch, wait 8 minutes.
4. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy!

We discovered this delicious Mac n cheese while hiking the AZT. We’ve since shared it with friends hiking the PCT and continually have to restock our own supply! It’s THAT good!!

Hatch Green Chile Mac & Cheese:
Seeing as I live just a few miles UP the road from Hatch, NM, I didn't have very high expectations for this meal. In NM, we are fed green chile from birth & it's an everyday staple, even found in apple pie, lasagna, and ice cream topping.
I was pleasantly surprised! Great green chile flavor (even had a little heat).
I'll definitely order more in the future.
