Precooked Dehydrated Red Beans, Precooked Long Grain White Rice, Tomato Powder, Dehydrated Onion, Potato Starch, Dehydrated Chili Pepper, Sea Salt, Cane Sugar, Dried Tomato, Corn Starch, Dehydrated Garlic, Ground Cumin, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper.

1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber.
2. Add 1 1/4 cups (300mL) of boiling water.
3. Stir well, seal pouch, wait 8 minutes.
4. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy!

Great but needs more
Excellent meal, loved the flavors. However, if they could just increase the contents by about 50%, it'd be a more filling vegan meal.

LOUISIANA RED BEANS & RICE
Single serve size was perfect. This is one of my all-time favorites for backpacking. I love the spicy flavor and have found that I can add a small foil pouch of white meat chicken along with the boiling water for extra protein... making a more complete dinner on the trail.
