Our new freeze-dried White Bean, Chicken, and Green Chile Stew camping meal bears close resemblance to a classic white chicken chili… but with a Southwestern twist that brings us right back to our roots in Boulder, Colorado. It’s the perfect pick-me-up after a hard or chilly effort, and it’s packed full of enough protein and nutrients to get you right back out there.

The Ingredients

1. White Beans: White beans are a great source of plant-based protein, adding an extra boost to an already protein-packed dish. The complex carbohydrates in white beans provide a steady release of energy, which allows you to keep going all day long. They are also rich in essential nutrients such as iron, magnesium, potassium, and B vitamins.

2. White Meat Chicken: Chicken is rich in protein, which is essential for building and repairing tissues and muscles after a long day of exercise. It also contains essential amino acids that support muscle growth, repair, and maintenance.
