Remove and discard oxygen absorber. Add 2 cups (480mL) of boiling water. Stir well, seal pouch, wait 8 minutes. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy!

Hearty Vegetarian Comfort Food

On a cold night in the backcountry this meal sure does the trick. Usually vegetarian meals aren't this satisfying and soul warming, but the Mushroom Strog is perfect. True comfort food! Highly recommend!
