Precooked Long Grain White Rice, Precooked Dehydrated Pinto Beans, Freeze-Dried Cooked Beef (Beef, Salt), Freeze-Dried Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (Coloring), Powdered Cellulose (To Prevent Caking)), Freeze-Dried Super Sweet Corn, Dried Tomato, Sour Cream Powder (Cultured Cream, Nonfat Milk), Dried Red Bell Pepper, Dried Green Bell Pepper, Dehydrated Onion, Sea Salt, Dried Green Hatch Chile Pepper, Dried Chipotle Chiles, Dried Cilantro, Crystallized Lime (Citric Acid, Lime Oil, Lime Juice Concentrate), Oregano, Ground Cumin.

1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber.
2. Add 1 1/2 cups (360mL) of boiling water.
3. Stir well, seal pouch, wait 8 minutes.
4. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy!

This is the tastiest of the 6 items I selected to try. Flavor was good, even if portion seemed a bit small.

I tried to keep comparisons as close to Mountain House as possible. With this meal in particular, I noticed a 1 oz difference in the contents with MH being the heavier. I also noticed that a single serving of Mashed Potatoes with Beef gave a larger serving than a meal. Not very impressed with flavor or amount of finished product

Want to experience a fiesta in your mouth? Then order this flavor! The complex mexican flavors delighted my tastebuds and the only thing I was wishing for was some tortilla chips on the side. If you are a fan on mexican then you won't be disappointed with this meal.
