    Precooked Long Grain White Rice, Precooked Dehydrated Black Beans, Freeze-dried Banana, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Yeast Flakes (Dried Yeast, Niacin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamin Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Cyanocobalamin), Coconut Milk Powder (Dehydrated Coconut Milk, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Acacia Fiber), Sea Salt, Freeze-dried Banana Powder.

    1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber.
    2. Add 2-1/2 cups (360ml) of boiling water.
    3. Stir well, seal pouch, wait 8 minutes.
    4. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy!
