Instant Pasta (Ground Durum Wheat Semolina, Egg, Water, Salt), Freeze-Dried Cooked Beef (Beef, Salt), Tomato Powder, Dried Parmesan Cheese (Cultured Part-Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Disodium Phosphate), Dried Tomato, Dried Carrot, Dehydrated Onion, Red Wine Powder (Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate), Dehydrated Sweet Cream Solids, Dried Celery, Sea Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Dried Roasted Garlic, Crushed Red Pepper, Oregano, Ground Black Pepper.

1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber.
2. Add 1 1/2 cups (360mL) of boiling water.
3. Stir well, seal pouch, wait 8 minutes.
4. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy!

Again, just OK

1st, this is not Beef Bolognese. Not sure what to call it, but not that. I'm also a retired chef. As with the Stroganoff and others, giving this 3 stars is being generous. BP, you need to find a better substitute for the rather cheap tasting bouillon you seem to prefer

Good for the trail

On the trail, this would hit and be a great source of protein! The noodles were well-seasoned and the flavor was good (not bland at all, even had a little kick to it). Only complaint was that the beef was a little chewy, but I wouldn't mind that on the trail!

A Home Run for Everyone

Italian is always a safe bet for a group of people at camp, and the new Beef Bolognese didn't disappoint! As quick and easy as ever, this was a taste sensation that felt like a home-cooked meal. I only regret not bringing more on the trip!
