Not a bad dessert on the trail

Well packaged and easy to prepare. Was it just like Mom used to make? No. But it was a tasty meal on trail with minimal prep time. I liked it.

    Awesome Breakfast!

Early morning hunger no more! I ate every bite of this and was drinking the bag at the bitter end. I wanted another the next morning.

    Hey Doug,

Thanks again for the kind words!

    My favorite breakfast

My absolute favorite breakfast. The oat crisps with the peaches feels like I’m eating peach cobbler for breakfast. And it’s nice and filling before a full day of hiking.

    Rip off Scammers

Food was ok. I tried to place another order and found their website was adding meals I didn’t want. I almost checked out without catching it. Tried it 3 times same thing happened. I sent them a email to ask about it and they never responded. I’m not buying anything from these people. Too many vendors that don’t try and screw you out there. To be fair I just tried it again and tried ordering blueberry peach crisp. They added some freaking drunken noodles to my cart unasked. If you use these people then watch out or you’ll end up with a bunch of stuff you didn’t want at worst or at least the added work to delete their scam adders prior to placing your order. Be careful.

    Delicious

This is one of my favorite desserts to bring on camping trips. It's so sweet and rehydrates so well. I can't wait for my next adventure so I can enjoy it again, because otherwise, I might eat it at the house!

    Hey Alexia,

We are stoked that you enjoy our meals! Have fun out there!

    Absolutely Delicious and Fulfilling!

This was great in every way, with the array and depth of fruit flavor - blueberries plus peach slices, and the perfect touch of lemon - plus the butter, the cinnamon, and the lovely crunch and flavor of almonds! With the hearty oats in the background, this was just all-around wonderful.

    Hey Theresa!

We couldn't have said it better ourselves! Thanks for the kind words!

    Solid breakfast meal

As someone who doesn't like granola, this recipe wasn't too bad. Not gonna lie, not going to buy it again because of that, but it's a pretty solid meal. Could've used some more peaches as well to balance out the grains.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We are glad you enjoyed this despite not being a fan of granola. For those who want a few extra peaches, we actually sell Astronaut Freeze-Dried Peaches as well!

More like a good oatmeal breakfast

Didn’t hit the spot for dessert. It cooks up more like oatmeal. If I were to plan this for breakfast, I’d give it a 5. Lots of blueberries and a good consistency. I have packed in crisps before that you ended up with more of a pie filling mix then sprinkle crispy granola on top. That was more what I was wanting.

Thanks, Emily! We are so glad you liked our Blueberry Peach Crisp. Some do prefer to enjoy this one for breakfast instead of dessert, and we are completely on board with that!

    IMO delicious breakfast oatmeal

I will buy this again for breakfast because it definitely tastes like oatmeal with a bunch of fruit. And it's very yummy! But it's not really like a crisp because the oatmeal is soft and gooey, like oatmeal.

Really tasty, good consistency. Add the water slowly so that you avoid adding too much and making it soupy.

    Very enjoyable

I really dug this. I never finish the whole thing, but with this, I finished the whole thing. And I know you might be saying, "it's a dessert, dessert is good," but there are bad desserts, and this is definitely a great one. Although, you have to wonder about how we often eat these when almost anything might taste good, but that's probably thoughts for a different day. Included photo with my rating system.

Thank you! We could not agree more! We were just enjoying Blueberry Peach Crisp camping in The Enchantments last weekend!

    Good as a breakfast

After a sunrise hike, this meal actually tasted good and wasn't overly sweet. So me and my fiance saw this more as a breakfast treat than a desert.

    Meh

It's basically just oatmeal with freeze dried fruit. Doesn't seem like it's instant or freeze dried oatmeal because it didn't fully hydrate but that could've also been the altitude.
