1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber.
2. Remove peanut butter and peanut packet. Add peanut butter into pouch.
3. Add 1 3⁄4 cups (420mL) of boiling water.
4. Stir well, seal pouch, wait 8 minutes.
5. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes.
6. Sprinkle peanuts over meal. Enjoy!

Great backpacking meal! We often get the one with chicken as it has more protein but enjoyed this one on a recent trip with vegetarian friends. We added some peanut butter which was a great addition, not only added protein and complementary flavor, but helped to mellow out the spice a bit!

I’m open minded about things. As a chef, I don’t expect perfection in freeze dried meals. That being said, your pad Thai is the stuff of nightmares. You can definitely do better. Gross
