1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber. Set aside cookie crumb packet.
2. Add 2/3 cup (160mL) of cold water.
3. Stir briskly for 1 minute, seal pouch, wait 10 minutes.
4. Open pouch, top with cookie crumbs. Enjoy!

On the trail, the dark chocolate cheesecake will make you groan with delight! If camped near a cold stream, pop the mixed package in the cold water for a spell.
I also keep a few on hand and when I need a chocolate fix I mix the cheesecake in a smallish bowl and refrigerate for an hour. Whipped cream and the cookie crumbles…. You won’t want to share!
