Some come out of the recent availability of a new ingredient…discovering freeze-dried capers meant we just HAD TO come up with a Chicken Picatta meal worthy of the best Italian restaurants. We listen to our customers and have added more gluten-free, vegan, and dairy free meals in the last few years. We keep our ear to the ground watching for food trends & nutritional advancements.
