Our hearty entrée is protein-packed outdoor cuisine meticulously crafted with Belgian egg noodles made just for us, roasted red peppers, all-natural white chicken in a thick and creamy alfredo sauce. It’s a trail-ready meal for foodies.

Freeze-dried tagliatelli pasta (durum wheat semolina, water, egg albumen, salt), sauce (romano cheese from cow's milk (cultured pasteurized part-skim milk, salt, enzymes, disodium phosphate, salt), rbst-free nonfat milk, rbst-free sweet cream solids, parmesan cheese (parmesan cheese (cultured part-skim milk, salt, enzymes), disodium phosphate, salt), butter sauce (modified corn starch, salt, whey solids, non-fat dry milk, dehydrated butter, natural butter flavor, sugar, xanthan gum, lactic acid), garlic, black pepper, parsley), freeze-dried cooked white meat chicken, red bell pepper.

CONTAINS: rBST-free Milk, Wheat, and Gluten

Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 2 cups (480 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Close and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Stir and serve. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet. Best By Date on packaging is 10 years from manufacturing date.

Pretty darn tasty.

I just picked up a pack of this today, and it was quite tasty. It is my first taste of Backpacker's Pantry. It is great for a quick meal when time is short. I bought this for my dooms day stock, but we wanted to try it out. I will be buying more. Now I need to try other entrees. I recommend this product and brand.

Smaller package with less food

The food tastes great but my recent order has smaller packages with significantly less food while the cost is still high. I am NOT happy about this. I was not told I would be getting less and I am used to the traditional size and preparation process. Most companies are doing this but THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT OK. I want the traditional size package which is not what I got.

You will not regret trying this meal. Our 18 yr old daughter is picky and loves it. Our 9 yr old thought it was great as well. Definitely will purchase more. Our daughter has her own trips planned and this will for sure be in her pack list. Thank you for making this delicious meal very impressive.

My favorite meal, definitely recommend adding...

This has been one of my all-time favorite backpacking meals for a while now. I've recently started using add-ons to make it even better. Hot sauce and an olive oil packet gives it a little extra kick, and a little creamier texture. Also (and this one is a game changer), try adding bacon bits or your favorite beef jerky as the last step. You won't regret it.
